This is version 2.0.4 of the TIFC. The previous version only supported roughly 68 conversions, took 4 programs and a picture variable, and was around 6kb in size. Version 2.0.X supports the usage of a single program, and boasts 708 conversions available in this single program of just over 7kb in size. It is also available for the TI-73, TI-82, TI-83, TI-83+/84+ and TI-84+CSE, with the potential of being programmed on other calculators at a later date.
This will List all of the factors of any number inputted.
|primfac.zip||2k||06-12-10||Prime Factors v1.0|
Simple factoring program for beginning math students. Determines the prime factors for integers less than or equal to one million ( 1,000,000 ). Output is formatted to resemble lessons in standard student math texts. Useful, along with built-in LCM and GCD functions, for performing operations involving fractions. Source code and screenshots available in ReadMe text file.
|golden89.zip||22k||06-04-19||Golden Ratio (All TI's & DOS)|
Each program finds the Golden Ratio and stores it to B. The DOS version simply tells you the Golden Ratio and shows the same math as the TI versions (but MUCH faster).
|pythag89.zip||27k||06-04-15||Optimal Pythagorean Solvers|
This solves for any variable in the Pythagorean Theorem. It's made in TI-Basic for all TI's; QBasic for IBM PC DOS; and z80 asm on the 83+ & 86. All TI-Basic version have been optimized extensively and tested for errors.
|fracexpd.zip||2k||06-04-12||Fraction Expander Deluxe|
This has been updated to be extremely small, ported to all TI's, and to be supremely fast. The program prompts you for 3 numbers: A and B from A/B, and C for number of decimal places. Then you watch it perform long division so fast your eyes hurt :)
|areapolygraph.zip||3k||05-12-17||Areapoly Graph for TI-73|
Calculates the area of any figure drawn on the graphscreen, with up to 999 vertices (if you're bored enough to use that many).
|73areapoly.zip||1k||05-11-19||AreaPoly for TI-73|
Calculates the area of ANY regular polygon and draws the entire shape on the screen WITHOUT DISTORTIONS so you can visualize it. Includes optional vertex marking and is very small, only 238 bytes.
Perfect for Algebra 2, Geometry, and Chemistry 1. Contains slope and intercepts, a vertex solver, an equation finder and solver, a simplified square roots finder, a synthetic polynomial divider, a section that will give you the t-chart and graph of a parabola, a section that will solve a system of linear equalations in two or three variables, A triangle solver, A distance finder, a midpoint finder, a section that will find the volume and surface area af a cone, cylinder, pyrimid, rectangular prism, sphere; and finally, a section that will convert between grams, moles, and atoms, and a section that will convert between frequency, wavelength, and energy,and one that finds the empirical formula of two elements;plus much more! |lines27.zip||1k||04-12-16||Line Equations 2.7|
The update of Line Equations 2.6! Nothing new, just a bug was fixed.
|prmtrc.zip||1k||04-03-17||Parametric Graphing for the TI-73|
A program that graphs parametric functions for your TI-73. Y1 stands for the x in (x,y) and Y2 stands for the y in (x,y). Then it graphs the parametric function. I also fixed a few bugs from my last parametric graphing program.
It is a program.
This is a very useful program, made for the 73, 82, 83, and 83+/SE. The program tells and solve for most of the formulas covered in an AP Statistics class. In each formula, practically any variable can be solved for in the 83(+/SE) versions.
|powroot.zip||6k||03-06-19||Any Root Finder (Guess-n-Check Method)|
This is simple to use. You input the number, the root you want to find (2 for square, 3 for cube, etc), and how many decimal places. It'll only show the TI's limit in decimal places, but is pretty cool nonetheless. Quickly made for every TI.
|pieuler89.zip||2k||03-05-18||Pi: Euler's Method|
This package of programs for all TI's quickly converges to pi using one of Euler's methods.
|graph3d73.zip||1k||03-04-17||Graph 3D v2.0|
This incredible program lets you graph 3D equations on your TI-83+ with an incredible amount of accuracy! Uses your current window and format settings, so you can plot it any way you want. Now includes many additional features for interactivity. Includes TRACE function, which allows you to follow your graph in three dimensions. The Calc function works the same as the 2D built-in grapher's Calc function, allowing you to enter the X and Z value and calculating Y for you. The Settings menu lets you change the graph parameters from within the program. You can even press any key during graphing to pause or quit! This multifunction program is a must for any serious mathemetician, now ported to the TI-73. Check out the screenshots!
When you run this program, it looks like you are on the home screen, but you aren't. The PRGM button, MODE, and the 5 keys on the top row (Y= to GRAPH) are disabled. If you try and do any math problems, the answer the program returns will be off by up to 10%. It's a pretty simple program, but it's fun to mess with people who ask to borrow your calculator. To quit, press ON. Enjoy!
