A saucers game
vbduck  Account Info
(Web Page)

I am cloning a game called saucers that I wrote 2 years ago. The original saucers game ran in dos. It will and does work with TI-89 Rom 2.03. This is my first game so it may take 2-3 weeks. The games is in asm. It uses the new Doors OS. Get the old one at the web site if you want to see it. (Dos/Windows users only) Email suggestions please.

Woah, let's not be hasty. I know this is hardly the place for debates of any kind, but, c'mon. Be reasonable. It's only a game the guy's talking about. I'd say there's a 99% chance that even though he makes a game that involves rape, he wouldn't actually rape someone. If you don't like the game, don't download it. It's that simple. Put an advisory comment next to it if you want, but don't attack him like that.

To add to this: live sex in a basic program would only involve stick people at best, else the program would be about 1 billion kilobytes. I don't think this game is a reasonable game to make or spend any more time arguing about over our personal moral beliefs. I agree with this Dave guy: if you don't like it, don't download it.
Those are my thoughts.

BTW: isn't live sex kinda like... porn? Are programmers even "alowed" to put that on the site?

Those games are just fun to play, don't hate. Some people, programmers get a great idea, one for a game that they would like play, and they go with it. Given, there are already about way to many of this kind of game, but still. Besides, when you were in trig in 11th grade, wouldnt you rather be roaming the street buying hoes and pimping, and doing drive by's than adding 5 + 5. I know I would.

I have started a project that I need help with. I am programming battleship in basic and I already have some of the game done. I need help with it. I want to have a movable picture of the ship to be placed. which can be rotated horizontal or vertical. I already have the random placement for the computer, but I don't know exactly how to do the user placement. If anyone can help me, email me.

Using the tigcc compiler and tigcc-lib, I plan on completing the first grayscale shooting game in C. Virtual Cop 89 should be out in a few weeks. The menu screens and a practice range are done. I am now working on the tedious task of creating a storyline and quality graphics. The game is based on the arcade game but the storyline will be entirely different. I will release a demo as soon as it's bug-free. The game is based entirely on tigcc-lib so it will hopefully run on all rom versions! Even with grayscale.

Darkness Falls
Chris Burgan  Account Info

first off in order to understand what I'm talking about you are gonna have to go to www.gamestorm.com and play Darkness Falls. At least go there and read about it and look at the info they provide. Ok now for my idea. As you probably guessed I want to make a TI-89 version of Darkness Falls. problem one BASIC games like this take up way to much space and are too slow. Problem two I don't know ASM. If anyone would like to help or be on the development team please email me I would really appreciate the help. In the mean time I'm gonna try to make a BASIC version and any help you can offer would be great. THIS GAME IS GONNA RULE JUST BE PREPARED TO BE ADICTED. I'll post the game when I'm done (both basic and asm) and more message as I go along.
