Survey idea by Morgan.

The link to the faceplate website is listed as my URL for your reference!

Yeah...its a pretty sleak site that lets you visualize what the faceplates would look like when on the real calculator. It doesn't change the color of the back kickstand case...but we can't have everything.

Same here :)

Well, I voted pink... more or less to be funny. I figured lots of others would be voting for pink as well, so why not? Haha

I voted that I don't like any, because:
1) I want a red faceplate
2) I want them to be "compatable" (sp?) with the 89Ti

i voted pink for fun also :-)
Besides i think the faceplates are cool, but they oughta a better selection of colors. I also thought more people would vote pink to be ironic.

I believe that all of them look cool but here is my order.
(worst to best)
1.pink (sorry but silver is sleeker)
2.silver (just can't compare with the awsome blue)
3.blue (almost my pick but it lost by a hair to...)
4.ORANGE (orange just looked the nicest of all the colors I had to choose from... ... maybe a green would look nice)

on a second note I dont even have an 84+ so why do I care.

I believe to the point of insanity that faceplates are not for calculators. As for my arguementative reasons, I don't need any because all that I've seen so far is:
1) This faceplate really brings out the color in my eyes.
2) What should I wear today *hmm*, whatever my calc is I suppose.
3) Do faceplates come in sparkles?
4) This color really brings out my personality. (uh, it's a calculator)
Ok, so there are some valid reasons in there. *sarcasm*

For some reason this reminds me of the 82 being burnt... Heh, things people do on halloween. What could be scarier that someone knocking on your door dressed up as a calculator? (replies exempt people who live in Silicon Valley) ;-P

Maybe I should do that :-D

I bet if I dressed up as a MAC, I could REALLY scare people for Halloween! ;-)

Just show up to some nerds house in a Microsoft Reps uniform and ask them some questions, ie:
How many computers do you have in your house?
What operating systems are installed?
Do you have any illegally ripped software?
etc... it's sure to scare the shit out of someone.
FYI: This won't work if your 20 or under.

I saw that! That's what I initially thought of, actually.

I still think a Mac is scarier ;-)

That reminds me of another Foxtrot comic where Jason does that as well...he goes around telling "I HAVE NO FLOPPY DRIVE!"

No, I'm not a Foxtrot freak.

I bet there is a faceplate that anyone would really like:
AN INVISIBLE ONE so the teacher can't catch you using the calc in advanced calculus.
The real question then is.....
.... how would i read the calculations??????????

well if just the faceplate is "invisible" you could still see the screen and buttons, right?

I think what he meant by "invisible" is that it cloaks the calculator making it invisible...a joke I assume :)

I know someone who has a pink one...it definitely does not look cool in real life.

Orange kicks ass...its the coolest color and "I Can't Explain" why. (Yes, I'm listening to The Who at the Moment).
