Yes... Scared the poopoo out of me! I thought someone forgot to pay the domain name bill. I saw it on March 31st; I completely forgot about April 1st.

Me too. Since I live at -6:00 of the GMT, the joke appeared on the day before April 1st.

I went to see the April Fools joke.

my first impulse was OMFG, immediately followed by "use the source Luke...err..Thomas"

I am at -9:00 GMT but after seeing April fools jokes appear in march last year I expected to see a joke later in the day.

it was very real-looking. i was fooled and kind of scared. it was like one of those random search engine things when you type in a wierd url. i thought ticalc forgot to pay the domain bill or was down or something. i didnt realize that it was april 1st =P

Yeah, really. Next year coordinate so you don't all do the same thing... Of course, we didn't; we did this a couple years ago. :)

I have to admit it, i tought that ticalc was going crazy, i didn't knew what to do, i hate to say it but u guys fool me in a 100%

It depends on the size of the file queue and how busy the file archivers are. A day to a month is a pretty good range, but it's more likely to be within a day to a week.

It's generally about a week. If you want faster, yell at my professors.

I have to admit that it tricked me, but it was a mean joke. I was worried for a while.

I have to agree that it was cruel, it took me the better part of the day to figure out how to crack through to a news post. Even then, it was out of date.

Better go to try2hack.nl and work on those hacking skills...

theres lots of sites like that. hackthissite.com is really good and has increasingly harder simulations
