I might as well add something...
I said I don't sleep...it's not quite true, but I give myself so little sleep time that I don't have a chance to dream about anything...I used to dream, but that was back when I had free time.
Free time? What's that?

Yes, I agree that though I might sleep a little, it isn't enough to have dreams. Otherwise, considering some of my wierder dreams before I stopped dreaming, I would probably have had a dream abou ticalc.org or TI calcs.

HAHA!
Third to vote this time, try visiting ticalc.org every 30 minutes.
I voted for -I've dreamed about calculator.
Remember back in 11th grade, where every night I was programming on my calculator for the math we did today.
weird dreams come out.
Wait! Actually I think i've dreamed about ticalc.org before.
It was something like a magic program come out on ticalc.org, and every calculator installed with the program gained color, sound and remote ability. :)
Wish that would come true.

I have made some progress on color on the TI-86, but nothing much worth noting (yet)...it keeps flashing on & off, but I think I just need to change a few numbers, since it is tied to the timer interrupt.

I couldn't even get that program to work at all on mine...I disassembled it and it seemed to just copy two patterns to the video memory (?). :-/

I get intermittent results on mine, depending on lighting, battery charge, & other such factors. Also, it does not work very well on my friend's TI-86, so it may be hardware-version-dependent. That is why I need to improve it before I will consider posting it here. The TI-92+ version is less likely to be finished, since it would require that I learn how interrupts work on that architecture.

It creates 2 patterns, then switches between them at a certain rate (which needs to be adjusted). Some guy from England pointed out how that might make color to me, & his idea sounds plausible.

Dream 1:

So this was a good month or two, not exactly sure on the time frame, before ticalc.org announced that they were going to be hiring a filearchiver. For you new guys this was early 2003 when there was a back log of a good 4 months of files in pending.

I had a dream that "The Man" (Magnus) was showing me in person how to be a file archiver, how to add the pending files and such for ticalc.org. I disntincly remember messing up horrifically. What makes this very weird for those of you who don't know...I was added to the ticalc.org staff the end of that February, a good month or two later, and this was even before they announced they were hiring for the position...very ironic.

Dream 2:

I was dreaming that I was watching a new movie that came out. The scene was inside a classroom, physics to be exact, and they do this close up shot on the TI-86 the main character was using and the program he was running was my 86 ASM version of "Physics Solver." And it was at the title screen so they they saw my name and such. Anyway, it was cool because this was a huge movie millions of people saw my program :-)

Thats all I have had so far.

"I [distinctly] remember messing up horrifically." Not commenting on the spelling error (: oops...I just did :) here is what I was ACTUALLY going to say: "So it WAS you who crashed the server!!!" BTW, will we ever know the truth?!

Yeah! Come on, we do want to know! (Only so that we can continually remind that person for the rest of our natural lives, and write javascripts to continue even afterwards.)

I would need to sleep to have calculator dreams...problem being that I don't sleep. Current sleeping patern is 11AM-3PM *sleepy time* 9PM fully awake, tired at 12AM, awake again from 1AM until 5AM then tired until 11AM. LAN party mode.

I go to sleep around 2AM now that halo 2 (almost wrote "to") is out, and I "wake up" around 7, but I'm never truly awake until around 6 PM...

Same time span for me, too. I get up at 6:00 and go to bed around 2:00. No wonder I'm always tired...
