Ok, here is the scoop from the my dad's friend in the R and D department at
IBM:


1. No they aren't distributing anything yet
2. No they won't be giving them free to all the developers out there
3. STOP SENDING A MILLION MESSAGES OVER THE REFLECTOR, SEND PERSONAL
MESSAGES.........AND IF YOU'RE GOING TO PUT SOMETHING OVER THE REFLECTOR MAKE
IT MORE THEN A POINTLESS OR SMALL REMARK...........

I will let the list know where/when we can get our hands on some....
