Yeah.  Goto <http://www.ticalc.org/>.  Then visit the "HTTP" archives
section.  You will get an FTP look-alike screen which you should go down to
DOS and click on it.  Then look for assembly utilities.  You need two
things to make the compiler:  TASM301.ZIP and TASMZ80.TAB.  Put both in the
same directory and unzip TASM301.  It is the slowest compiler around...but
it works.
