Wrongo!

I'm running a standard serial link on a P-233 with no problems or special
setup. If it isn't working on the P-200, something is set up wrong. This
could be anything from:

BIOS/CMOS Setup
Device driver conflicts
Incorrect Windows configuration
Incorrect Graphlink configuration

Your best first step would be to try to test some other serial device
(external modem?) on the port. Chances are you'll find it won't work
either. Are you sure that you're using the correct COM port name? Also,
don't forget that if you're not using the link on COM1, you'll have to
change the setting in the LINK menu of Graphlink. Diagnostic programs are
a big help for troubleshooting these types of problems. If you don't have
one, you might check under Device Manager to see if you have any conflicts.

Standard COM port assignments are:

                I/O IRQ
COM1 3F8 4
COM2 2F8 3
COM3 3E8 4
COM4 2E8 3

When done for this purpose, IRQs 4 and 3 can be shared, but I don't think
you can be actually using the devices at the same time. If Windows set up
your COM ports with other than these settings, some programs aren't able to
find the ports. I don't know if that's the case with Graphlink, however.

Hope this helps.
