Contrast this with my Computer Science II professor, who changes the specs 2
or 3 times after it is assigned, effectively making the projects a test of
how fast you can code up the changes.  Usually I'd just wait until after
most of the changes had been made to start coding, which made the projects a
test of how fast you could do them.
