Lotus Turbo Challenge v1.0 For 83

Time for yet more program spotlights. Badja released an interesting racing game for the 83 called Lotus Turbo Challenge. This game is unique in many respects. It has multiple heights and it even features enemy cars. This is definitely worth a look-see for anyone using SOS.

Update (Nick): Sam Heald released a port of Lotus Turbo Challenge to the 82 (CrASH) today. The possibility of more ports to come looks promising.

That games is the best racing game ever on the ti-82/83. Its cool.

It's very, very cool, but it has a naughty bug... When someone has new batteries and he tries Lotus, the screen is being fucked up. I had the problem myself when I replaced my batteries lately and some friend having the new TI-83 (somewhat different: key'click' , more 'upright' screen etc.) had it too. I think the problem is that the Z80 runs a little faster with full batteries, resulting in the LCD being accessed too fast. Sqrxz gave me the same problem in the past if I remember correct.
