Attention span: 9/10 Got me hooked!
Controls: 10/10 Simple: 2nd, left, right
Implementation: 8/10 Sharp turns and too long to accel.
Overall: 9/10 Math or LTC? I'll take the latter.
So I was sitting in math and watching some friends play this game. I asked if I gould give it a whirl, and they handed me the reins.
Talk about a kick in the pants! I normally don't play racing games but this game is a definite exception. The graphics are well done (even though it's hard to see your opponents in some stages) and the stages are well designed and thought out, with hills and turns, tunnels and switchbacks.
Your oppenents have little in the way of AI. They just weave back and forth across the track, although crashing into them gets annoying. The turns are extremely tight, sometimes too tight, and you will crash into the side if you're not careful.
Overall, this is a well thought out game with a lot of potenetial. Definitely worth the download. |
