I'm willing to update that page into a whole new format somewhat like the ti-files but better using java for those of you with the java and nojava pages. Anyone that would like it done to the ticalc home page comment under this. If you are someone who can make it happen contact me and I will see what you will let me do for you. If money is a problem it is no problem for me because I'm will ONLY this time to do it all for free...

I am a professional HTML programmer and I would be willing to work on this site for free.

If anyone else has a Ti related site that needs help with HTML send me a Email.

Yeah, great job. It looks like you have yet ANOTHER thing to thank bryan for. I personally think that you should thank bryan for his dedication and not revel in you being the archive maintainer at the time this milestone was reached

How come it's not 7001? You took down Pokemon for the 89.

I was curious about that to. How come Pokemon for the TI-89 was only up for a short period and then it was removed from the main page. If somebody could give me an answer I would appreciate it. If their is a porblem with Pokemon I would like to know. Because I think it looked great but that is just my opinion.

The author requested we take it down. It was a version that was apparently not intended for release. As soon as a legitimate release comes out, we'll put it up ASAP.

Because that was an old beta released by a beta tester, it wasn't supposed to be up (and thanks to the ticalc.org staff for taking it down so quickly =) Besides, there's nothing to do in that beta (I think that one has the beginnings of battles), and there's a major bug with the keyreading routine (auto interrupt 1 is enabled, and a conflict between them screws up the doorsos/plusshell kernel). I'm currently preparing a public beta to be released sometime this week, it just depends on how much I can squeeze in over spring break this week.

I did have the opportunity to try out Pokemon 89 before it was removed from ticalc and I thought it looked awesome. The battle engine was disabled but it was still fun to walk around the game map. I look forward to the public release of Pokemon. If you need any help testing it just send me an email and I would be glad to help you.

hehehe...why not 6999??? I'm thinking of taking out a program and renaming it because I made two file names the same, but they were different versions, and I was intended to resubmitt both of them. That would make 7001, wouldn't it?

I'm quite impressed that the archives have grown so large. You have to keep in mind that the people who put the archives together have invested so much effort in their work -- they're even doing it for free. To everyone who's lost faith in ticalc.org doing their business -- they're doing it a lot better than you. For over two years they've maintained a feeling of professionalism to the site, not had any graphical overhauls due to the simplistic look of ticalc.org being enough that it isn't mud-ugly, and kept the users satisfied with minimal downtime. Very, very few people out there bashing ticalc.org have achieved that. If you're out talking smack about ticalc, then I'd like to see you start a website containing over seven thousand files, maintain it daily, AND host numerous third-level domain sites, among a plethora of other features. Consider for a moment that despite minor quirks, ticalc has run almost perfectly. Ignore bryan's departure and the deletion of the program ideas sections. The program ideas section was pointless and incomprehensibly lame. You ever READ that thing? Also, in regards to bryan's excommunication, I haven't noticed any visible changes. The file archives have run just fine so far. Perhaps now there might be a more efficient way to submit files on the part of the developers.
Well, that's my two cents for now. If you have any complaints or death threats then whine at BlueCalx on EFNet :)

Congratulations, I'd like to say that ticalc.org was always and still is my favorite ti calculator website.

Um.. congratulations.... I can't seem to remember such a wonderous event happening since the archives reached 6000. (said with much sarcasm)
