ticalc.org Amasses 7,000 Files
Posted by Kirk on 28 March 1999, 00:41 GMT

The ticalc.org File Archives now contain seven thousand files. We would like to thank everyone who has put up with our lengthy (sometimes quite annoying) process for submitting files. Be assured that we are working for a solution to this problem so that you will not have to go through quite so many steps to get your files into our archives.

Hi
(Web Page)

Well, I'll post this again. As of 03/30/99, the TI-Files has 7,232 programs in there archives. They don't brag about it on there site. Are you so afraid of TI-Files that you have to put things like this on your main page so that you don't look bad? I could post that TICalc is better then TI-Files on there message board and it might get several nasty replies, but they wouldn't delete it. You only keep things that make you look good. I will post this again if it is deleted.

guidelines for posting...
lord byron

In the guidelines for posting comments it says, and I quote, "…Especially no posts relating to web site competition." Therefore you must relive that by posting something about web site competition you are disobeying the guidelines and have no right to get pissed of about your post being taken down or whatever.

Re: ticalc.org Amasses 7,000 Files
Hi
(Web Page)

I'm not mad, just annoyed. The first one also complemented them for getting 7000. I don't really care which site has more anyway. All I did was comment about it. And about the web site competition, why else would they have posted this in the first place?

Just MY thoughts – Hi
