Everyone wants to be the one who set the standard, and get their names
well known in the TI community. I mean, if a shell is a few hundrer
bytes
shorter, has another extra rom call or something - spoil it. It's not
worth
it! Instead tell the most popular shell author to include it. If the
ZShell
crew was still active there would NEVER be these problems. There were
LOTS
of suggestion for zshell 4.5 but nothing happened. Instead people
started
making their own shells, and you know the rest :) I think we blame the
original zshell crew hehe :-)

If ZShell 4.5 was created now, more people would accept it, but it
wouldn't
make things better really.
