Superior is here.

I have made a program that can solve polynomials up to the 5th degree (I'm currently working on one that does it to an infinite degree), it can also solve infinite system of equations, solve distance midpoint and slope-int, a triangle solver which given the verticies tells you everything about the triangle, given 3 sides or 3 angles or a combination of the two gives you the remaining measures, a Quadratic converter which converts standard, intercept, and vertex form of a quadratic equation to another form, a radical simplifier which simplifies any radical to a non decimal form, and a prime factorizer which factors any positive integer. To all that are interested this is in the archives under TI83/84 Plus basic math programs titled superior.

Pythag83 for ION
MikeisGame  Account Info
(Web Page)

Yea, k i'm porting Pythag83 for ION on the 83/83+ Calculator... It is mostly to save space and to be able to run it under the ION shell because ION doesn't support running basic programs right now. If you would like to know what the complete Pythag83 Package has click on the webpage button for URL. Most updates will eventually only be on ION

Hi,
I didn't want to be at the bottom of the page, so I replied to this one, forgive me for cheating the system.
I am the president of Polar Development (http://polardevelopment.0catch.com) and I am announcing that we have begun development on our new Arctic Math, that will have just about every formula you could ever need, we have begun developing it ourselves, but would like to team up with another programmer or company to complete it. Please email me at hajlmarflax@hotmail.com if you are interested. Check out our website to, we'll host and design yours if you are interested in a free web site.

Hey Eddie. I've heard good things about your programing and I'd like a copy of your new Multiple Function program.
Please?
I'd like it in code if I could because it's hard for me to get ahold of a link for my computer.

temp, wind
Numair Merlin  Account Info

these have nothing to do with this program, i just don't know how to create a new "idea." if anyone knows e-mail me at nem@ponju.com.
to begin with, i am creating a program that converts celcius-to-fairenheit, kelvin, and rankine. all i have left is rankine-to-everything. i am also crating a program that converts miles/hour to metres/second, kilometres/hour, and knots. both of these should be available with in the next month or two. to have these sent to you when they are done contact me at nem@ponju.com.

Upcoming TI-83 Plus Math Programs
Joe Lounsbury  Account Info

Sorry, this has nothing to do with your program, i just didnt know how to submit my program idea, i am new to the site.
Anyhow, i am creating a program that can find distance between to points on the surface of the earth via longitude and latitude. You pop in the two cordinates in decimal form into the prompts and it pops out the distance over the curve of the earth. I just wanted to see if my form seems mathimaticly sound. I took the two cordinates and found the differnce of the lats and longs. by doing this i found 2 arc lengths the arc length of the up distance and the arc length of the side to side distance. I then used this arc distance to find the angle of the vertex of the Iso triangle that is formed by the arc. And knowing the earths radius i found the straight distance through the earth for both latitudinal and longitudinal distances. This makes 2 sides of a right triangle. Since it is a right triangle i used pythag theorem to find the hypotenuese which is the direct straight distance between the two points. Then using reverse SIN i found the arc distance and divided the arc distance by 360 and multiplied it by the circumference of the earth to get the arc distance in miles or whatever you want it to be in. Please respond if you think this method is great, or terrible, i just want to know and if there is a better method! thank you!
