Picked "I just can't decide" because my preference is missing from the list: the TI-85. Greatly expanded built-in programming capability and zShell allowed assembly before it was officially supported.

Well, the TI-85 was already included on the previous, similar, survey. :-) The idea here was which of these three slightly newer models people liked the best, given a choice.

Since my earlier preference was the 85, I felt the 86 was the best one I actually owned. Actually, the 92 seemed to be “the ultimate calculator” to me (it at least *looked* impressive), but I never had a chance to become acquainted with it.

The 86 was my first calculator, it's where I learned the basics of programming.

The Ti-92! I was gonna buy that one when I was looking for a new calculator to purchase for school. Shame that it's banned from everything.

Even though the TI-83 was my first calculator.. The TI-86 was my pick. The memory mapped LCD and extra RAM added some flexibility that I enjoyed.

Although I do feel like I've betrayed my loyal TI-83 now :(
