I don't know a single ISP in Finland that would still have hourly charges,
they've all changed to monthly or yearly charges. Actually in Hämeenlinna
our local ISP (HTK) provides absolutely free internet connections, no signup
cost, no monthly charge, no limits, everything, free, you pay for nothing
but the phonecharges (about $.50/h :( ).
