Hypothetical situation, the US government decides to
legalize cannabis with rules similar to Amsterdam.
Large manufacturers spring up selling cannabis cigs.
Public opinion is such that there is no stigma associated
with smoking cannabis.
What would this mean for the tobacco industry?
