You weren't specific before...  How do you know what i meant?  :)

Btw, I think you think I'm crazy for breadboarding an IDE/MAS/AVR8515
mess...  :)  But, surprizingly it worked.  I took the DAC off the
breadboard and isolated all analogue (finally) from digital and the sound
was much better.
