This is what is known as an assembly program.  It was not written in 
TI-Basic, but the same language the actual calculator ROM was written in.  To 
run the program, you may need a shell (which depends on the directory it came 
from, ex: AShell, Ion, SOS, etc.) or you can run it by typing 
"Send(9prgmPROGRAM" at the home screen.
