Nothing's wrong. All assembly programs look like that. Just whoever made them 
wasn't smart enough to include a loader program and the ZASMLOAD program 
needed by all nostub assembly programs on the 83. Simple as that. 

However, if you wish to MAKE a loader program, the structure goes as such:

(top of program)
:send(9prgmGAMEPROG
(end of program)

Send is one of the last options on the PRGM-->I/O menu. Put it in, then the 
number nine and the name of the assembly program. Very simple.
