You cannot put ">Frac" on a line with Disp, but you can make it work.
You wrote:

Change this to:
>ClrHome
>Input "DEGREES:",D
>Output(2,14,"p*"
>D/180>Frac

AND make sure there are no blank lines at the end of the program.
