I doubt you can use that link w/ the personal organizer on the net,
depending on what you have, maybe a WinCE could do this.

You can download programs off the internet to be used on your
calculator. They usually come in .8x (or .9x in your case) with a letter
after it resembling what it is. ie. program, list, vector, matrix, etc.

There are link programs that allow you to send programs to your
calculator (certainly you need a link).

I'm not quite sure what you're saying, but, no, everything on the
calculator runs _as_is_, thus you don't need the computer to be
compatible with the calculator, just for sending/receiving programs...
er... doesn't sound right, please clarify.
