HAL is a dos utility that takes a HAL file, which is a combination of
Assembler and Basic, and spits out an ASM file compilable with TASM.
SuperHAL is a windows environment that makes the writing and compiling
of HAL programs a bit easier.

HAL is available for the 85 (most support), 83 (almost as much) 86,
ande 82 (not nearly as much- the authors don't actually have these
calcs.)

I suggest you go to ti-calc or ti-files and look under the links
sections under H, and go to the official HAL page.
