Hey, I have gotten the same problem.  I have an 86, the parallel cable, the
program Wtran and Cal, Win 95, etc., etc.  I am able to get the Screen, and
am able to send programs from the 86 to the computer, but not from the
computer to the 86.  It is really weird.  Why sending will work, but not
receiving.

You are the only one so far that I know of that has mentioned this problem.
