Normally, for people with 1 LPT port, I think 278h is used. For people
with 2 LPT ports, LPT1 is 378h and LPT2 is 278h. For people with 3 LPT
ports (like me) LPT1 becomes 3BCh, LPT2 is 378h and LPT3 is 278h.
