Yes I'm sure.
0^x = 0 when x > 0, even the TI-92 will tell you that.
type in to the TI-92:
0^x|x>0
It gives 0 as the result.
Therefore it seems pretty obvious that the limit from above as x -> 0
of 0^x equals 0.  If there a double sided limit exists then it can't
be 1.
