NOOOOO.  the cable is available from many educational supply stores and
it usually ranges from 40-50 dollars.  The $35 cable comes without
software, manuals, adapters for 9 pin serial ports or mac ports.  These
must be purchased seperately (except the software, which is available
for free download from TI's website.)  This is the one that is only
sold at staples.  The standard package is found at many educational
supply stores.
