I would use it if I was making the browser.  It outclasses mine by an order
of magnitude in simplicity.

Hmmm, lets see.  The best way to make fast bold in any program is to simple
display the text at (x,y) and at (x+1,y+1) or (x+1,y) so as to make the
lines thicker (ie: BOLD!).

I dont know about yours, but my 89 displays 26 characters across in the
LARGEST font.  You could probably get 50 with the smallest.  And I have
seen LYNX (a text only web browser) run in 25x40 mode on a terminal before,
so 20x50 (my estimate of 89 screen size for smallest font) is definitely
feasible.

first point: uhhh, every calc but the 89 ALREADY has hardware and software
to do that...
