In fact, there was a CD included into the calc package (no more big
references books).
In the CD there was the basecodes for both ti92+ & ti89, the ti-graph ling
progies, and the manuals in pdf.

Maybe he wrote his own ROM dumping program, not that hard to do, especially
since there's already one for the TI-92(+).  Just port it.  The PC software
already exists.
