A89: Actual Assembly Programming?!

Is anyone on this list actually going to program in assembly for the 89, or
is everyone here just to talk about where to get and such? I am going to
be programming for it as soon as mine arrives, and I hope others will be
doing the same. We are alone on learning this. I'm sure no one with a 92
who knows how to program for Fargo will be buying an 89, so it's just us
who know Z80 to learn M68000 and figure out this calc.

I have some important questions to ask, which would be much easier to
answer if I had an 89. Is assembly on the 89 possible or feasible without
a shell? Now, I know that you can run programs without a shell, but does
the rom have all the necessary functions for running programs? Has anyone
started to dissassemble the rom yet? Lastly, has anyone actually written
even a "hello, world" program in asm?
