Heres a really frank answer:  Your program has some bugs that need to be 
addressed.  When the TI-OS gets curropted (as in a crash like the one
your program started) it does funny stuff.  It doesn't mean anything,
really.  Unless the calc recovered, but it does that on its own
sometimes for me too.
