No, not totally correct there.  2000 is a leap year.  If it's not, go tell Bill
Gates to fix win95 because win95 says it is.

Every year divisible by 4 is a leap year...EXCEPT century years that are not
divisible by 400 (ie 1700, 1800, 1900).
