It's a perfect policy.  We don't censor things, if they run and work,
they'll go up.  Perhaps the code can be used by another to learn from.  Just
because a program has a bad interface or way of doing things doesn't mean
that some of the code inside might not be good.

It's the responsibility of our users to determine what is 'good' and what is
'bad' in a program.  I don't like others deciding for me, and I assume most
others don't like it, either.
