Just because it uses a parallel cable doesn't make it printer-capable.
You'd need to make a piece of hardware to interpret the TI protocol to
printer protocol.  

The calculator part would be easy, as TI included a screen-dump link
command (GRAPHLINK's get screen).  I made a QBasic program to get the
screen using a grey graphlink cable and display it on the computer.  It
wouldn't be much harder to do one that prints it.  The thing is,there
would have to be hardware to run it.
