It really depends on what you mean, you could hide them.  You could
build a simple keylock into your calc or in extreme measures you could
shove something into your link port to disable it.  

I would just rename your program to have a space (or any char below
41h) in the front of the name.  SOS should still be able to read them
and it should run as normal.  You need another program to delete them
though.  But that will stop them from being sent.
