But, he's right. You didn't get the first comment. I'm sure if you really wanted to keep on top of things, you could write some sort of JavaScript program that would reload ticalc every 5 seconds, and it could make a loud beeping sound when there was a new news article...

Ahh, but he said the other kid wrote his comment *2* seconds before him. Therefore, the JavaScript code would have to reload the page every 1 second to assure that no one slipped their comment in there first.

That would make typing a message...tricky. ;)

Sorry I reread my post and realized it was a bit too critical. I think it's cool that you're doing something with dim-ti, and it's always good to recognize programmers.
I'd like to give a shout-out to the original ZShell guys for starting the rebellion against the rules of TI. And please h4x0r, if you can see this, continue working on the gooey thing to continue the spirit or rebellion!

H4xor it is a cool idea with the gooey98, and if you don't finish your program. I think a group of ti programmers should get together and make some type of software development kit with easy to use macros for begginers in asm and a really good help file like gide. Mabye even make a c language for 68k.

Just a thought, I would really love to have a program interface for 68k asm and a really good help file. it would be really awsome if it turned out like Borland C++ 4.0,4.5, or 5.0

Yo you know what I said when this happened that if he was canceling it or if it really was a hoax and I still believe it is not that Sychosoft would continue it with a small group of good programmers.I sent an e-mail to h4x0r asking for what he has got but he still has not replied.I guess if he doesnt reply in a week I will start from scratch after recruiting some programmers.

Your about 12 months premature on any kind of award for the millenium. try again next year.

We're going to have to go through a whole year of people saying that the new millennium isn't here yet. Companies will be advertising the "True Millennium". It's going to be a very annoying year.
