Rock Out With Your 83+
Posted by Ryan on 30 November 2011, 15:33 GMT

How often have you been stuck at home on a rainy day with your calc in-hand, staring at your floppy drive, wishing that there were some way to combine your two favorite pieces of hardware into a symphony of bliss? Our guess is: very often. Inspired by previous such demonstrations, just such a feat has been achieved. With the use of some modified media software, the setup itself appears to be rather straight-forward and elegant. Put on your dancing shoes and check out a video of the rig in action here.

Yes, yes, and probably, respectively (assuming you mean a TI-84+; there's no such thing as a TI-84).

Excellent, then I hope you try this out! I should probably release the modified mobileTunes 3.1 player that powers it ("floppyTunes") and a song or two. If you need help with putting the hardware together, I'm always over at Cemetech. :)
