Link Cables Survey
Posted by Andy on 23 March 1999, 01:14 GMT

We thought it might be useful and interesting to find out what link cable is used mostly by the members of the TI community. To accomplish this, we have posted a link cable survey in our survey section.

Joe Smith

I ordered one from a guy in minnesota that makes his own. It cost me $10 and it works just as good as the graphlink, if not better.

I use TI's Graphlink on my Mac at home, and have used it with the 82,83,85,86,and 89, all with success (although my 85 Graphlink software is starting to not work the first time I load it...). The key to using TI's link is get a friend to buy it, and then in a few months he stops using his calc a lot, and thus "loans" you the link. Total cost to me: $10 for an adapter to work on my mac.
