Not only is this game utterly confusing, it's amazingly puzzling. It's also absolutely baffling. I have no idea how it works. It just seems like a ton of random numbers and either A, B, or C. I can tell the author put a lot of work into it & that it IS REAL RISK, I just can't figure out how to play it.
