I first played the original "Tempest" on one of those "Midway Arcade Classic" games. Its a simple game, that gives you the illusion of a 3D tunnel. The TI-83/84 port is identical in looks and in the way the original plays. The levels change, but other than that, you go in circles blasting at the upcoming enemies. This game will only be good for a day or so, because it gets boring. But if you've played and liked the original, check this one out. |
