I would be a TI-92+. I try to always use proper English (even in instant messaging & first-person shooters), I do lots of symbolic manipulation (often ignoring the little warnings that they might be bogus), & I am not quite sure how the mind works (corresponding to my lack of 68K assembly & TI-92+ hardware knowledge). The reasons for picking a TI-92+ over V200 are that I have one & that I listen to classical music.

That, & I am with my TI-92+ more than any human. :)

I'm afraid I don't see the connection between the TI-92+ and classical music.

The 84+/SE has more votes than the 92/92+!

That may be helped by the latter being discontinued.

Yeah, but the 84+SE is a fairly new calculator. Some people think that the 68k series of calcs is better because of the faster processer, allowing for better graphics, but amazing things can be accomplished on a 8x calculator. Even in BASIC.

I'm afraid that you might have misread the poll

I asked what calculator you associate yourself with, not what calculator you prefer.

Yet, everyone else is saying how great their calcs are, so if that is associating, then why is my comment not?

Correct. It was what you would be... not what you like.

I was just picking on you because your post was on my screen. Don't attribute any special significance to it. :)

The Voyage 200 is still around, though. I would want to be this calc because I didn't like the SAT's anyways. :)

Sure, I'd love to see it's screen, the greys seem to look different from the TI89 calcs :p

Nope, the same.

I have both ... they're the same as far as I can tell. Just the V200 is larger.

I did not notice that the 92+ & V200 were on the same option. Oops. Well, then, I guess people do not want to be associated with a large-format calculator?

I rather would prefer a smaller calculator, but a bigger screen. rather the whole thing is just a screen, additionally with a keyboard, and of course, a mathematics & greek chars keyboard ;)
this fits in well with a mp4, oh well...
