Why didn't you build the Black Cable Compatible-one? It's compatible with
the one you bought, and costs less than $5. Later, I made another one, sold
it
for about $6. Then my own cable refused to work, all components (bow them
left, and right, and left, and right and stop just before they break...) and
the [thing where you put them on, I guess it's called PCB or something] were
rotten too (soldering islands). I don't care, 'cause I made a parallel link
with some spare parts ($0). This works perfectly fine with vti. Well, it
doesn't seem capable of receiving files from the calc. No problem, for now,
because I just dump the complete rom...
In the near future, when I'm passing by the electronics shop (~17 km away,
near school, which starts this Monday), I'll buy the parts, because sending
and especially receiving goes a bit better and I really want CalcSys 1.3. I
could probably ask the one I sold the cable to until I buy one myself.
