Call up IAI in anchorage.  They force the use of a proxy, and sicne they do
the internet is very unstable here in alaska.  If you pay $13 more you
don't have to use the proxy.  And if you don't pay, you don't have a choice.

mirrorii.fxp1.alaska.net is one that they used to use.  Now they are
probably on to another one.

They have masq. routers and caching proxy servers.  The documents stay on
aol's server for about 15seconds, then die.
