TI-H: DRAM Expander

I was planning to make a expander myself, so i thought i tell you a
few ideas that i had.
First of all, since you're probably releasing the avr code, how about
including a programmer on the schematic, so that everyone with a PC
can program the avr for itself? It will take minimum/no components to
realise this.
Secondly, How about programming to avr so it accept ti-protocol? I
mean you'd be able to make a string named "expander" (or something),
put the file you want to load in it (expander="\games\ztetris.85s")
and send it to the avr which then send the requested file back with a
few seconds delay, so you can switch youre calc to recieve. This will
enable you to restore youre mem after it crashed, because this way you
don't need drivers. Of course, you'd also have to include another form
of protocol so that it is easier to control if you have the drivers
loaded.
Anyway, these were the ideas that i had and weren't already put on the
list. Finally, if you need help with this project, maybe i can help
you. (i got some free time left.)
