TI-H: A few questions...

Some of you may remember me from earlier months...I left, because I was
getting sick of all the messages I got each day. But I'm getting back on
for a little bit, while I ask you guys a few questions. First, where do I
find processors comparable to the Z80? Or can I get a programmable Z80? I
know Atmel makes AVR's, but it doesn't look like you can program very much
onto them. Also, where do I find memory chips? I've found some really
small capacity ones, but I heard someone a long time ago saying something
about a 40 M chip that fit in an 83? I hesitate to say names, because it's
been so long, but I think it was Grant. Where would I come up with such
chips? I guess I have another question, while I'm at it. How would I
attach an external ROM or RAM to a processor to be used as a primary memory
source? It would have a "switch" of one kind or another, but how would I do
that? I'm not working on a calculator project, but you guys have more
resources than me on such things.
