Provided that the program itself can be finished within the programmer's
lifetime.

But apart from that, following this rationale you could make a program
that calculates the winning strategies in any game of Chess.

 - Or a program that solves the solitaire problem.

You can then ask yourself if this is any use here? The answer is no,
because we do not have infite RAM and time :-/ :-)
