For a windows95 program, try W32tran8x or something like that. I can
be found at www.ticalc.org in the  pub/win or pub/win/link directory
of the archives, I've used it for a while and it works fine, except
that it doesn't always initialize the ports right. If your calc
freezes when you plug it in, unplug it, try to send something, click
on stop, and plug it back in.
