to see anything > in the manual concerning it.

[ALPHA] and either [up] or [down] 'scrolls' through a program at a much
faster rate than if you just press down. If you press [2nd] [ALPHA]
[down]/[up] it scrolls, but if you just press [ALPHA] [up]/[down] it goes
down a 'page' at a time.
