I am looking for an emulator for my TI-82, so I don't have to dig out the
calc everytime I need to do something. Does one exist? if not, I was
thinking about Derive or Mathmatica. But I don't know what differences
there are between the programs, and which one I should get. Right now, I
am in Alg. 2, but plan on taking higher math classes in college next
year.

I'd recommend buying mathcadd. I'm a senior at Ferris State
University and use it to do all sorts of math operations (algebra,
calc, etc) you should be able to pick it up for @ $30.00
